• Juan Patino , DVM

  
  

  Dr. Juan Patino received his veterinary degree from the National University, Bogota, Colombia in 1983. He completed his internship in Houston, Texas and has been in the Orlando area since 1988. Dr. Patino joined us in April 1993. In August 1998, he acquired ownership of this hospital. He has a special interest in internal medicine, dermatology and soft tissue surgery.

• Rodrigo Rivera , DVM

  
  

  Dr. Rodrigo Rivera, was born in the city of Santiago in the South American country of Chile.  He attended Universidad Mayor in Chile and graduated  January of 2007. He has come to Orlando with his wife Lorena and received his accreditation in the summer of 2009. We are proud to have him as our new practice doctor.

• Victor Daza

  
  

  Victor joined our staff in March 2002. He was born in Colombia and has been in the Orlando area since September 2001. He is now the Office Manager. He received his degree in Languages from the Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia. He is fluent in Spanish and English. He adopted a yorkie-poodle mix named Lucas. I am currently looking for another dog.

• Sherri Fussell

  
  

  Sherri has worked at Kirkpatrick Veterinary Hospital since November 1994 and has been a technician for many years. Sherri is our head technician. She married Mike in September 2005. She has a mixed breed dog named Rusty and 4 cats that live with her parents.

• Connie Hewitt

  
  

  Connie joined our staff in December, 2000. She is the kennel supervisor. She has many cats. She also owns Lady, a beautiful black and white springer spaniel.

• Fernando Patino

  
  

  Fernando was born in Houston but raised in Orlando. He graduated from Lake Brantley High School and then attended FSU.  He is currently seeking his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics. His interests include all sports but in particular basketball and soccer. His favorite teams include the  Florida State Seminoles, the Colombian National Soccer team and the Orlando Magic. He has a yorkie named Pibe and 2 cats named Bagheera and Luna. Fernando will be the friendly face that greets you upon your arrival as the hospital.

• Lisa Kilian

  
  

  Lisa joined our staff in 1994 and has been a veterinary technician since 1995. She is currently attending St. Petersburg College for technician certification. Lisa is also an R.N. as well as a paralegal. She has 2 dogs, Tanner (a golden retriever) and Barney (a springer spaniel), and 3 cats (Spot, Moufasa and Cotton). Her future plans include becoming a veterinarian.

• Donna Thibodeaux

  
  

  Donna started working at Kirkpatrick Veterinary Hospital in July 1992. She is our receptionist. In her spare time she likes to cook, garden and sew. She has a blue front amazon named Sinbad, a high-spirited maltese named Lilly Pearl and 2 poodle mixes named Rubyfaye and Georgia Girl.

• Claudia Campuzano

  
  

  Claudia started working as a receptionist at Kirkpatrick Veterinary Hospital in July 2001. She has 2 cats, Kahlua and Felix.  She enjoys going to the beach and hanging out with her friends. Claudia is also bilingual. That is a big help with our spanish speaking clients.

• Kyrs Qualls

  
  

  Krys is our newest staff member although she has volunteered here for many years. She lives in a house with 8 cats, 4 dogs and 2 rats. Someday she aspires to be a park ranger or a zookeeper. She also would like to open a rescue facility.

  Nicole was born in Hollywood, Florida. She is a graduate of Boone High School. She currently is attending Valencia Community College to obtain a business degree.  She loves animals and owns a dog named O.D and a cat named Saki.
